one of the sketch/drawing pencil (not a normal pencil) cut me and I started bleeding. I saw some black stuff on the wound (the wound is not big at all, quite small actually) so I think some of the drawing pencil piece got inside my wound.

I put neosporin and then a day later some disinfectant solution.

It is after two days now and there are some yellowish stuff on the wound and I don't know why it's there.

Is it infected? How can I tell? What is that yellowish gooey stuff?

What should I do with the drawing pencil small piece in my wound? Obviously I can't take it out!

Should I go see a doctor or a dermatologist?

p.s. I keep on putting neosporin and the disinfectant liquid, would that help? I remembered using my finger to try to take out the black piece out, because I didn't know what it was at first.

I am really worried right now because it doesn't seem to be healing!!!
